How to use this tool
Based on what autistic students and graduates have shared with us, we have put together a list of items that can reduce stress and anxiety.
You can use this as a starting point, selecting those that apply to you. You can also add your own items. Once you have completed the list, go over to the template builder to draft a letter that includes your preferences.
